57. I can’t find any licensing agreements. Where are they? You say the templates are free to use for personal or commercial reasons and then you say read the license agreement carefully. I’m an affiliate marketer who would like to give them away to subscribers to my list–if they are free, in fact? So are they free or not?

113. Great templates for “fast SEO websites”. In my opinion, the best one is Symisan.
